As per the latest media reports, the Shaakuntalam actress bought a lavish duplex flat offering a beautiful view of the sea and its cost is worth a whopping Rs 7.8 crores.

As reported by Economic Times, the new flat is located in Jayabheri Orange County, a well-known gated community in Nanakramguda, and is very spacious. It has six parking slots and is decorated with blends of modernity and elegance. According to a real estate data analytics firm, CRE Matrix, “The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor.” The dreamy abode is also said to have a spacious living area with natural light coming inside the room.
