Popular Telugu actor-comedian Allu Ramesh on Tuesday left for his heavenly abode at the age of 52. He passed away due to cardiac arrest in his hometown Visakhapatnam. Filmmaker Anand Ravi shared the sad news of Allu’s passing on Facebook and paid his heartfelt tribute. Heartfelt tributes are pouring in for the late actor from celebs and fans on social media. Allu Ramesh was reportedly keeping unwell for the past few years.

Confirming the news of his demise, Anand Ravi shared his throwback photos with the late actor and wrote, “From day one u have been my biggest support. I can still hear your voice in my head. Ramesh garu, not able to digest your demise. You have touched so many hearts like mine Miss you om shant.” Taking to the comments section of his post, many netizens and celebs offered their condolence.



For the unversed, Allu Ramesh was widely known for his acting chops in 'Napoleon' and 'Tholubommalata'. These films earned him recognition and critical appreciation. He began his career with theatre and made his acting debut with the Tollywood movie 'Chirujallu'. Allu has featured starred almost in 50 films and is best known for his performance in movies like 'Tolu Bommalata,' 'Mathura Wines,' 'Veedhi,' 'Blade Babji,' 'Napoleon' and 'Kerintha'. The late actor has also appeared in television shows. He was last seen in the daily soap ‘Maa Vidakula’, where he played the role of the actress' father.
