Vijay Deverakonda Is Delighted To Watch An Old TV Show Clip Which Featured Him As Child Artist, Says, ‘They Signed Chubby-Looking Kid’
Vijay Deverakonda speaks about his first TV show when he was signed for a TV show based on Sai Baba when he was a kid
Actor Vijay Deverakonda presence gets his female fans' hearts thumping! The actor had recently graced the show, Unstoppable hosted by Nandamuri Balakrishna. Vijay was delighted to watch a video clip that had a glimpse of him as a child artist in a television show based on Sai Baba. The Arjun Reddy actor worked in this TV show when he was in school. The video clip that left the actor starry-eyed, has him mouthing a few lines in the TV show.
He said, “I grew up and studied in an ashram in Puttaparthi. Once, they shot a TV serial on Sai Baba and they signed chubby-looking kids to play small parts in the serial.” This got the show’s host Nandamuri jokingly to mention how the actor has come a long way from someone dubbing his dialogue to now becoming a superstar. He was accompanied by his upcoming movie, Liger’s director Puri Jagannadh and actor-producer Charmme Kaur on this chat show.
He looked dapper in a black shirt and khaki pants as he graced this talk show, take a look at the video clip below-
The actor on the show, also revealed how is he okay to be tagged as Rowdy, he told the host, “When people told me what to do and what not to do, I was tired of listening to them. I decided to do it my way.”
Vijay’s next Liger stars him as a mixed martial arts fighter; it co-stars young Bollywood actress Ananya Panday and also marks a special appearance of boxing legend Mike Tyson. Shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, and the movie will be dubbed in several other regional languages.
