Aditya Narayan Opens Up About Embracing Fatherhood; ‘Had Made Plans Even Before Marriage, There Is Anxiety About Being Parents For The First Time’

Singer and Indian Idol host Aditya Narayan and his wife Shweta Agarwal are all set to embrace parenthood bliss for the first time. The actor recently announced that they are expecting their first child next month with a loved-up photo from their maternity shoot. Now, in a recent interview, Aditya has opened up about becoming a father and admitted that he is a bit anxious. He also revealed that he has ‘planned parenthood even before marriage’ and that now when it is happening he is excited and nervous.
While speaking to Rediff, the actor-host said given the Covid times, they need to be extra careful. Aditya mentioned that since he had already made plans, he was aware of the fact they would 'need more space and a bigger house'. He was quoted saying, “Firstly because Shweta came with her belongings and needed space. Secondly, because we were sure we wanted children. There's an extra room for me where I will be quarantined after I return from shooting. To have your newborn child in the next room... It will be very tough to keep myself away, but kya karen? I will have to get myself tested regularly. Shweta and I will be very careful. I wish I could approach the happiest moment of my life with more positivity.”
Revealing how he has planned to manage his professional life, the Shaapit actor stated that he has been trying to finish all his pending work so that he can spend time with his wife and baby. But glitches keep happening, like cancellations and restrictions. He also said that he has set up a music studio at home so that he can stay at home as much as possible.
