After Parth Samthaan Tests Positive For Coronavirus, Karan Patel Also Decides To Go In For Precautionary Test Now
This afternoon we brought to you that Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2's Anurag aka Parth Samthaan has tested positive for Novel Coronavirus. After Parth's test reports came in, shoot on the sets of the show came to  standstill. The crew was required to undergo a mandatory test. Karan Patel who entered the show last week as the new Mr Bajaj has now also decided to go for a precautionary test.

A statement released by his PR Team reads, "Karan has not been shooting since the last few daysbut because he is a responsible citizen and feels safety comes first he is getting a Swab test done on personal accord for the safety of all around him. This is a precautionary measure he is taking to provide peace to all who are concerned for his safety and his immediate family members towards whom he is responsible. Please be rest assured he is fine and there is nothing to worry about. Please do not panic this too shall pass."

Karan never came in contact with Parth and that's why he didn't feel it was necessary for him to undergo a test, earlier. But it seems in the wake of the current situation, it's best that he does and he has made up his mind to undergo a COVID-19 test.

Karan

While talking to us on call after this whole news broke Karan had said, "I am safe and currently at home. It's been three days since I have shot. So I am safe. Since I have just entered the show I have not shot with Parth for a single scene so I don't feel I have to go for any test."

Well, we appreciate Karan's decision and pray for Parth's speedy recovery.
