Karan Patel On Kasautii Zindagii Kay Cast And Crew Undergoing COVID-19 Test: 'Haven't Shot With Parth Samthaan, Don't Feel I Have To Undergo Any Test'
After Parth Samthaan tested positive for COVID-19, Karan Patel aka Mr Bajaj of Kasautii Zindagii Kay says he hasn't shot a single scene with Parth and said he doesn't feel he will have to be tested for Coronavirus
Kasautii Zindagii Kay's Anurag Basu aka Parth Samthaan tested positive for Coronavirus today, after which the ongoing shoot was brought to a halt and currently people who came in contact with Parth Samthaan recently are being tested. For now, the actors who are present on the set are Pooja Banerjee (Nivedita Basu) and Shubhavi Choksey (Mohini Basu).
We contacted Karan Patel who recently made an entry on the show as Rishabh Bajaj and shot for the first time as Mr. Bajaj a few days ago. When asked if he also has to undergo COVID-19 test, Karan told us exclusively, "I am safe and currently at home. It's been three days since I haven't shot also. So I am safe. Since I have just entered the show I have not shot with Parth for a single scene so I don't feel I have to go for any test".
Meanwhile, Parth took his social media to give an update on his health and wrote on Instagram, "Hi everyone , I have been tested Postive for covid 19 .although I have mild symptoms.. I would urge and request everyone whose been with me in close promitixy over the last few days please go and get yourself tested . The Bmc has regularly been in touch and with the doctors guidance I am in self quarantine and I am grateful to them for all their support . Please be safe and take care."
