After Recovering From COVID-19 Shrenu Parikh Reveals, ‘Kept Chanting Hanuman Chalisa Whenever I Felt Scared’
After Parth Samthaan, TV actress Shrenu Parikh informed her fans that she has contracted Coronavirus and was admitted to hospital. Shrenu, who was last seen in Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna led Ishqbaaaz, returned home after a week in the hospital. Taking to Insta, the actress shared a picture and thanked her fans for their continuous prayers and love. Now during her latest conversation, Shrenu revealed that whenever she got scared, she used to chant Hanuman Chalisa. Not only that, but she went to also reveal her diet plan during the treatment.

While speaking to Pinkvilla, when she was asked what helped her during her time in the hospital, she said, “I had a lot of people around me, but it was God. I kept chanting Hanuman Chalisa whenever I felt scared. Then, of course, my family and after that my friends a lot of core people in my life knew about it. Those 7 days in the hospital were quite challenging but I had these people around me.” She went on to spill the beans on her diet plan.

She told the portal, “Yes, I want to tell people to increase the intake of veggies in your diet, you should include a lot of greens, dahi, fruits, have kadha regularly, keep yourself hydrated as much as possible. It is Vitamin C, kadha and a lot of water.”

Earlier while speaking to Hindustan Times, Shrenu revealed that people have fear of getting judged. She said, “These stigmas are stopping people from getting their tests and treatments done. Many worry about what people will think of them if they test positive. I think fear and acceptance is scary than the virus itself. Remember, you’re not an embarrassment, you are a victim of something that the whole world is fighting right now." She added how people hiding their diagnoses will only spread the infection."Chances are that this one person might infect more people. Kuchh log yeh soch rahe hain ki unhone kuch paap kiya hai.” (ALSO READ: Ishqbaaaz Actress Shrenu Parikh Discharged From Hospital After COVID-19 Treatment, Thanks Fans And Says She Is In 'Total Isolation' At Home)
