A while back, TikTok star, Faisal Shaikh released an official statement for the Police Complaint filed against him for violating lockdown rules. We spoke to Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan, the one who filed the complaint, about what he has to say about Faisal's statement

After TikTok Star Faisal Shaikh Releases Statement, Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan Says, 'I Am Getting Threat Messages, Will File A Criminal Defamation Case'- EXCLUSIVE
 Looks like troubles for TikTok star, Faisal Shaikh are not going to end soon. A Police Complaint was filed against him by Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan, for recording a video, violating lockdown rules. A while back, Faisal released an official statement regarding the same, stating that  people with dubious intentions are trying to defame him.  

After reading Faisal's statement, we contacted Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan, to know what he has to say on the accusations made by Faisal on him. 

Ali Kaashif Khan said, "I have got a video, surfacing on the Internet, in which Faisal Shaikh is seen spreading false information about me. He is saying that I couldn't get his two TikTok friends,  Hasnain Khan and Shadaan Farooqui out on bail, last year and therefore I am taking revenge by defaming him; which is completely absurd, false and malign just to prejudice the current police complaint against him."

The Advocate further added, "I am the lawyer who first got interim protection bail for all the three including Faisal last year. Taking undue advantage of this, new lawyers jumped in and filed a fresh bail application on behalf of Faisal, despite knowing that protection has been given to all. Anyway, I still appeared in the Bombay High court for rest of the 2 accused and I got them bail. I am sharing court orders as well to show how this punk has been spreading false news in public."

Advocate Ali Kaashif Khan also stated how Faisal should not be telling a lawyer about his duties. "He said that such acts of filing complaints don't suit me! So, I want to ask Faisal, that notorious TikTok stars and law breakers will now tell me what what is the duty of a lawyer? These people need to first learn and understand the court orders, laws, rules, regulations. I even doubt if they are educated enough to understand what should be said and done," said the advocate.

Before concluding the conversation Ali mentioned, "I can only laugh at what Faisal has been saying in his video, only with an aim and intention to garner cheap publicity yet again by playing a victim card. And for spreading such false news about me, I will now file a fresh criminal defamation complaint against him. I have been getting calls from various numbers, messages, comments on my social media, threatening me to take my complaint back."
