Actor Amit Mistry passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest, this morning. The actor who had been a part of some popular projects was recently seen doing a cameo in Sony SAB's Maddam Sir playing the character of Vijay Chauhan. Now, his co-star from the show Gulki Joshi has reacted to his sudden demise.

Talking to SpotboyE.com exclusively, Gulki Joshi said, "I was shocked to hear the sad news. After all the negativity around, I hear almost one bad news everyday. Amit Mistry was a very good soul. It was really good working with him on the sets of Maddam Sir. He was also a very chilled out person while we were not working. The actor passed away at his Andheri residence in Mumbai. The actor was exercising in his room when he suffered the cardiac arrest and in no time was declared death. His mother who was staying with him here in Mumbai later informed the unfortunate news to her relatives who reside close by. His cremation will take place this afternoon.
