Anita Hassanandani Revealed Ekta Kapoor Helped Her Beat Depression, Says, ‘Was Bitterly Affected By My Early Failures But Then You Came Into My Life’
Anita Hassanandani revealed Ekta Kapoor helped her fight depression that sipped into due to her early failures in life
TV actress Anita Hassanandani who has been in the industry for almost 20 years now, penned a long Instagram note, thanking TV czarina, Ekta Kapoor. The actress who shares a close bond with the TV and film producer in her Instagram caption revealed how Ekta helped her battle against depression. Further calling her, the Guardian Angel, the post was penned by the actress urging her fans to support an upcoming show, Aggar Tum Na Hote.
Anita credited Ekta for the success she achieved in her career, the Naagin actress wrote, “I would like to say something to them, 'Agar tum na hote, to aaj main iss mukaam par bilkul nahi hoti.” Further gushing over her bestie, she continued, “Ekta!!! You are a prototype of every strong female character you ever created. You are a true friend and an incredibly strong-willed woman. All these years of friendship have culminated into an indispensable relationship, the one where we could do anything for each other with no questions asked.”
Making a revelation on how Ekta helped her battle depression, Anita wrote, “I remember those days when I was young, hungry for work but clueless about everything. I was bitterly affected by my early failures but then you came into my life. You not only helped me fight depression but also gave me a new start. That's one of the millions of things I have learned from you, to never give up. That's why even on rough days, I feel secure because of you my guardian angel. You are in every sense of the world, my life's Niyati.”
Niyati is the onscreen name of the actress Simaran Kaur to be seen in the upcoming show, Aggar Tum Na Hote.
Along with her bestie, Anita also thanked her husband Rohit Shetty was getting happiness into her life and being supportive ever since they fell in love. Praising her husband, she wrote, “Rohit! My dashing, adorable and loving husband, with the cutest dimple well, and now a super dad too! I have been at my best and worst with him, but Rohit has held my hands through every trial and tribulation. We have shared so many happy moments that have been etched in my heart forever.
