Actress Muskan Bamne, who essays the role of Anupamaa and Vanraj daughter Pakhi in the Rupali Ganguly starrer, had made the headlines. In an interview, she had opened up about her former co-star Paras Kalnawat, who essayed the role of Samar before he quit the show, and his claims of the set of the show being toxic and chaotic. She had refuted his claims and expressed that she never faced any issues with the makers and added that everyone had their own experiences to deal with. The interview portrayed her in a negative light, which caused a rift between them.
Now, in another interview with ETimes, Muskan revealed that she was misquoted in the previous interview. When she spoke about enjoying working on the set, she meant that since she is the youngest one among all everyone treats her like a kid. She went on to add, “Paras and I are really good friends and that interview portrayed me in a negative light. I never said anything negative like that. The 23-year-old revealed that since her statements went viral immediately, it has caused a rift between Paras and her. He reacted to the news strongly. While he knows her well, her interview caused an issue between them. She clarified that she never wanted to say anything negative about him and expressed how she is “not backstabbing him.” as he is a good friend of hers. ALSO READ: WHAT! Things seem to have escalated quickly as Muskan even took to her Instagram story to issue a clarification on the matter. It is also being reported that Paras was so miffed with Muskan’s interview that he even unfollowed her on Instagram.
For the unversed, the entire ordeal started when during a Ask Me Anything Session, Paras claimed that if given the chance 80% of the cast would leave the show because of the chaotic environment.
