Starring Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, Apara Mehta and Gaurav Khanna, Anupamaa is one of the most-watched shows on Star Plus. The show has topped the BARC ratings every week, ever since it was released in 2020. The high-voltage drama in Rajan Shahi’s Anupamaa has kept the audiences invested in its ongoing track. In the last few episodes, it is seen that Kinjal and Toshu prepare to go abroad despite Baa’s harsh words.

Today’s episode starts with Anuj playfully scolding Anupamaa for not calling him when she needs him. He makes her sit and eat something. They share a romantic moment where she rests her head on his chest. The next morning, Anu and Anuj talk to the doctor, who tells them that Baa’s condition is very serious. He informs them that Baa has 70 percent heart blockage. Anuj asks if she needs to get surgery done. The doctor informs them that surgery at her age is quite risky and that she should focus on taking her medications on time, if not then she will have to be hospitalised. This leaves Anu shocked. The rest of the episode focuses on the Shah family biding Toshu, Kinjal and Pari a goodbye as they leave for abroad. All the family members get emotional as they promise to connect with each other through photos, videos and calls. As Anu gives them the bags with spices and achar to Kinjal and Toshu, Baa comes there and says that they are leaving without bidding her goodbye. Kinjal hugs her and gets emotional. Baa apologises to them for yelling and scolding at them. She even tells them to not believe strangers much. Anu and Baa break down crying after they leave the house. In the upcoming episode of the show, it is seen that Baapuji takes Baa to the bathroom, but slips. They both fall down and call Kavya, Dimpy for help. On the other hand, Choti tells Anuj that she isn’t feeling well and to call Anupamaa. Baapuji too calls Anu for help.
