“Manish practically babysits me,” laughs the young actress, before adding, “If I had to label our relationship, I’d say he has adopted me.”
Avika doesn’t deny that the two have become extremely close over the years. So much so that she is even known to be his muse for his photography. Not just that, Manish and Avika have even co-written and directed short films together.
However, the actress insists that they are good friends – nothing more. “What makes us click is the fact that I never had a friend, who was elder to me and he didn’t know anyone as young as me. We share a special bond but we’re not involved. Period. I think I am too young to be in a relationship anyway,” she says.
