Bigg Boss 13: Devoleena Bhattacharjee Injures Her Back In A Task, Nanavati Doctor Called For Consultation- EXCLUSIVE
Devoleena Bhattacharjee performed a task in the Bigg Boss house yesterday, and during the stunt, she injured her back. Doctor Abhishek Mihir Bapat from Nanavati Hospital, who has treated the actress’ back last year after she underwent a major surgery, was called for consultation
Bigg Boss is not just about fights, controversies, love affairs- a major part of the show is also the injuries which contestants suffer during tasks. Devoleena Bhattacharjee has joined this list. SpotboyE.com has come to know that the Saath Nibhana Sathiya actress has injured her back during a task, yesterday.
We did a bit of snooping around to get more details and found out that Dr Abhishek Mihir Bapat, who practices at the Nanavati Hospital, Vile Parle, was called for consultation. We immediately contacted Dr Bapat to know how serious Devoleena’s injury is as the actress already suffers from back issue. You may recall, last year on Jan 25, we broke the news of Devoleena’s major back surgery at the Nanavati Hospital, while she was in the OT.
“Yes, Bigg Boss team did call me and said that Devoleena was a part of some physical activity based task. They just said that if need arises they may contact me for consultation. However, they never called back, so I am hoping that the injury got fine and Devoleena is doing okay,” Dr Bapat informed us.
Well, we hope so too. Talking about Devoleena’s journey on the show till now, it was quite an eventful weekend for her. Salman Khan announced her name as one of the evicted contestants this week along with Arti Singh; however, by the time she reached the main door to exit, the superstar burst the bubble and said he was joking, leaving the actress and her bestie Rashami Desai relieved.
