During Paras Chhabra’s stay in the Bigg Boss 13 house, his then-girlfriend Akanksha Puri equally grabbed the headlines. It was due to Paras’ growing closeness with Mahira Sharma, which didn’t go down very well with Akanksha. As a consequence, the two parted ways and have now moved on in their respective lives. Notably, it was Rashami Desai who often supported Akanksha while in the controversial house. Now, the Vighnaharta Ganesh actress has reciprocated to Desai’s support in the sweetest way.

A clip of Akanksha Puri bumping into Rashami Desai during a recently-held fashion show and tightly hugging her has emerged online and is winning hearts. The clip begins with Rashami posing with a couple of fans just when Akanksha comes up to her and hugs her. Rashami didn’t recognise her at first but as soon as she does, she greets Akanksha and the duo exchanges smile. Puri, who came across this video, thanked Rashami for her support in the show.

In her tweet, Akanksha also called Rashami a beautiful person with positivity. She wrote, “Yes, I hugged her coz I respect such women n as I said earlier that Rashmi went out of her way to support me in BB13 house without even knowing me so I definitely wanted to thank her whenever I meet her n yes yesterday I did !! What a beautiful person with so much positivity.”
