Bigg Boss 13 is doing quite well in terms of the TRPs! Week 13 registered the highest impressions for the show so far and one can credit it to Rashami Desai and Sidharth Shukla as their BIG FIGHT was the hot topic of the week
The 13th season of Bigg Boss is definitely turning out to be more controversial than the earlier ones. Be it the nature of fights or the changing equations, every single happening in the House makes headlines. Sidharth Shukla and Asim Riaz who were BFFs at one point are staunch enemies now, and their tiffs provide enough fodder for gossip.
Naturally, one expects the TRPs to be on the higher side. While the show may not be on the numero uno slot in the Top 10 coveted list, but it has surely improved by leaps and bounds; the impressions do the talking. We bring you a chart to exemplify the growth over the weeks in the number of impressions and it’s just about enough to know that the audiences are enjoying the content.
Week 13 in particular, as seen from the impressions, has been the best so far.
Now, what led to the growth in the 13th week- let’s dig in deeper! We saw one of the BIGGEST FIGHTS happen between alleged ex-lovers Rashami Desai and Sidharth Shukla. Their fight escalated to an extent where Sid called her ‘aise ladki’ and ‘naukrani’ and in return, Rashami called him a ‘Nasheda’. In fact, during the Weekend ka Vaar episode, even host Salman Khan had a tough time making the two realise their mistakes, but in the end, they held their ground and stuck by their words.
It’s human nature to sometimes dig into the past, but Rashami and Sidharth were at it repeatedly. This fight was enough to up the show’s TRPs. The channel made sure to telecast almost the entire fight and the whole focus over that weekend was on Sid and Rashami.
We also saw some cosy, lovey-dovey moments. Ex-lovers Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli kissed under the blanket in one of the episodes and we also saw how Vishal turned protective for his ex-girlfriend when several inmates blamed her and called her a ‘kaamchor’.
On the other side, we saw Shehnaaz Gill turn new captain of the house and Sidharth Shukla’s PDA with ‘Punjab Ki Katrina Kaif’. Some unexpected exits also happened as Mastermind Vikas Gupta exited. Devoleena Bhattacharjee who was supposed to make a comeback, failed to do so.
