Husband and wife, Abhinav Shukla and Rubina Dilaik, entered the Bigg Boss 14 house together. Their relationship witnessed major shifts over the past few months. It was Rubina who revealed that they were on the verge of separation and were headed for a divorce. Had Bigg Boss 14 not come their way, they may have separated. But the show just made them stronger and now they have together also won the 'Best Jodi' title.
Sharing the same on his Instagram, Abhinav Shukla penned a sweet note stating how they have got stronger with each difficulty coming their way. He wrote, "We got stronger with each difficulty that was thrown in our way, each weekend ka vaar made us wiser, more people wanted us to part more we stuck around! #Rubina Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”
Post eviction, Abhinav Shukla spoke at length about his bond with Rubina. In an interview with Times of India, he had said, "Everything is fine now. There’s no divorce happening. The show made us stronger and strengthened our bond. When we were discussing the show before giving a nod to it, I jokingly told Rubina that once you see the fights inside the BB house, you might forget the little fights we had. Jo tab humko badi lagti thi, woh actually bahut choti-choti ladaiyaan thi (What seemed like a big deal to us back then was actually quite small)."
