Bigg Boss 14: Abhinav Shukla On Rakhi Sawant Pulling His Shorts’ Strings; Says The Incident Brought Wife Rubina Dilaik And Him Closer-Deets INSIDE

Bigg Boss 14 fame Abhinav Shukla managed to garner much love and appreciation during his stint on the show. The actor made an exit during a surprise elimination held by Bigg Boss, which took almost everyone including his fans in shock. Many expected that Abhinav would make it to the finals. However, due to the lack of votes, he had to make an exit from the BB 14 house. During his stay in the house, Abhinav made it to the headlines because of Rakhi Sawant’s constant antics surrounding him. One such incident where Rakhi pulled the string of Abhinav’s shorts left the latter enraged.
Speaking with ETimes, Abhinav Shukla opened up about Rakhi Sawant’s shorts string pulling incident and wife Rubina Dilaik’s reaction to it. The actor revealed how Rubina and his bond got much closer after the incident. Talking about the incident, Abhinav said, “It was a violation of my personal space. It was not cool. Whatever happened after that was shown, nothing was edited pre or post.” The actor expressed how he felt what happened to him was not cool. He further went on to share that whatever happened on the show was shown just as it happened.
Moving forward, when Abhinav was asked if he felt happy or proud that his wife jumped into the situation and told Rakhi to ‘Lay off’, Shukla reacted and said, “Yes.” He revealed he felt proud that Rubina stood by him. Shukla added, “It became an instinctive response that thereafter we'll watch each other's back. Thanks to the other contenders (smiles).” Later, when asked if that particular incident brought Rubina and him closer, Abhinav Shukla responded and answered, “Absolutely. It gave me a sense of belonging.” He said that Rakhi’s shorts string-pulling incident brought Rubina and him close and explained it gave him a sense of belonging.
Meanwhile, Rubina Dilaik went on to win the show. She was announced the winner of the season by Salman Khan himself. Rubina won the trophy and took home the Rs 36 Lakh prize money, contesting against Rahul Vaidya.
