Bigg Boss 14 Challenger Arshi Khan On Wearing A Dress Similar To Lady Gaga: 'Nora Fatehi Was In Awe Of It'- EXCLUSIVE
Bigg Boss 14 contestant Arshi Khan recently wore a dress at the show's after-party which was quite identical to what international sensation Lady Gaga wore at an outing. Here's what Arshi has to say on it
Arshi Khan, who participated as challenger in Bigg Boss 14, has been making headlines for her party dress these days. For Bigg Boss after party, the actress opted for a dress which seemed to be inspired by the eye-catching silver coat-dress worn by Lady Gaga at the MTV VMAs 2020. Fashion critic page which goes by the name of diet sabya went on calling her a copy cat by sharing her picture alongside Lady Gaga pic.

Talking to SpotboyE.com exclusively, Arshi Khan said, "When I saw the post by Diet Sabya, I was in splits. Because when I wore that dress in Bigg Boss 14's after party, Salman Sir also said to me 'Bigg Boss ka sofa pehankar aayi hai kya?' In fact, he kept teasing me for it (laughs). That dress was very different, so I was definitely expecting reactions and it happened also. In that whole chalet everybody was looking amazing but I guess my dress was the best because everybody was eyeing it. Agar har koi us dress ko notice kar raha hai to kuch to baat hogi na us dress mein." Arshi goes on revealing while choosing the dress for the party she had an idea that it's an international design but didn't know that Lady Gaga had worn it before, "My stylist did tell me that this dress is from Hollywood. It's a lotus kind of dress which will keep rotating in the back. So, I got excited to wear it. And I guess I carried it well also. I was not even aware that Lady Gaga has worn it before. After I saw Diet Sabya's post I reached out to my designer who explained me that the same design has been worn by a lot of people there. So, I was like agar maine pehan liya to kya galat hai?"
"I don't think so wearing a similar outfit makes you a copycat. The designers put a lot of effort in making such dresses and I respect that. But there are many designers who pick it up from others and add their own thing in it. So, if we get to wear a dress which I like, how do I become a copycat?" added Arshi Khan.
Arshi also went on revealing how Nora Fatehi was in awe of her dress, "When Salman Sir was pulling my leg, Nora Fatehi told Salman Sir that she wants to wear these kind of dresses but her stylists never come with such options. She said, 'I want to wear the kind of dress which Arshi is wearing right now.' Salman Sir kept asking her, 'Tu sach bol rahi hai na?' To which she said, 'Yes I am serious about it. I am going to tell my designers to get me such dresses to wear which is different.'"
