In the upcoming episode of Bigg Boss 14, Rahul Vaidya will surprise one and all by proposing the love of his life, Disha Parmar, on National Television. A couple of days back, Rahul was seen speaking about proposing someone special to Kavita Kaushik and Jasmin Bhasin. He was seen saying that since Nov 11 is that person’s birthday, he’s planning to propose to her on national TV. And on Nov 11 midnight, Rahul Vaidya went down on one knee and proposed to TV actress Disha Parmar. The duo has been dating for 2 years now. Disha Parmar is a known face in the Television industry. The actress rose to fame with the character Pankhuri in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara where she was paired opposite Nakuul Mehta. Disha was just 17 when she was offered the role of a leading actress in a TV show in 2012. Before becoming a household name, Disha has also been a face of several TVCs and print ads. In 2017, Disha was seen in Woh Apna Sa after taking a break.
But did you know Disha has also been a part of Bigg Boss? Well, not really, but she had entered the controversial show as a guest in the 9th season. Earlier, Rahul had denied his relationship with Disha and had called it mere rumours.
He had earlier said, “Honestly, Disha Parmar is just a good friend. We were never in love and anything was going on between us. I have a lot of female friends with whom I go on dinners, but what happens is that since Disha is famous we get linked together. I put up pictures with other female friends also, but as they are not famous I don't get linked with them. But whenever I share pictures with Disha Parmar people start discussing that we are dating each other.
