Bigg Boss 14 challenger, Rakhi Sawant’s brother Rakesh Sawant said he sees nothing wrong in how his sister has been behaving with Abhinav Shukla. He took Rakhi’s side and expressed that according to him, Abhinav and Rubina Dilaik are overreacting. Since the past few days, Rakhi has not left any stone unturned, in expressing her feelings for Shukla. From pulling the string of Abhinav’s shorts to writing his name on her body, the actress has done it all. Her antics got Abhinav and his wife, co-contestant Rubina Dilaik furious.
Speaking with ETimes, Rakesh Sawant said that his sister Rakhi is an entertainer and she has not crossed her line. According to him, what Rakhi is doing what she is best at, which is entertaining the audience. He said, "Rakhi is doing what she is best at doing and that is entertaining everyone. She is an entertainer and she hasn't crossed her line. The whole family has watched the episode and we feel she was just performing a task.” Rakhi’s brother added, “At the end of the day she knows she is married and has a husband back home. She will not cross her line ever."
Rakhi Sawant's brother continued to say that Rubina and Abhinav are overreacting on the whole situation. He said, "Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla are overreacting on the whole situation. In fact, it is Rubina who has overreacted the most on the situation. Rakhi is like that and her entertainment is like this only, but this doesn't mean she has fallen in love with Abhinav.” Talking about Rakhi expressing her feelings to Abhinav, Rakesh Sawant defended his. He said that she can’t fall in love with Shukla, as she is married and loyal to her husband. Sawant’s brother continued, “She was in the task and so she was behaving like this. I don't think Rakhi is wrong in any way. In fact, my mom and I saw the episode ourselves."
Meanwhile, during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, host Salman Khan schooled Rakhi for her antics and asked her to focus on her game. He also spoke to Rubina and Abhinav regarding the same.
