Bigg Boss 14’s Devoleena Bhattacharjee Witnesses 50 Men Riding Without Masks Celebrating Holi; Asks ‘Rules Should Be Equal For Everyone Isn't It?’
Amidst the rising COVID-19 cases, it was reported that the government is preparing for restrictions similar to a lockdown if people continue to violate rules. Reacting to this, Bigg Boss 14’s Devoleena Bhattacharjee shared an incident and questioned if rules are equal for everyone
Bigg Boss 14’s Devoleena Bhattacharjee reacted to the latest news on the restrictions the Maharashtra government has imposed. Amidst the rising cases, ANI reported that the government is preparing for restrictions similar to lockdown if people continue to violate rules. A report of March 29 stated that CM Uddhav Thackeray said that the Coronavirus cases in the city are rising because people are not following the guidelines seriously. Devoleena replied to the report on Twitter and shared an incident. She mentioned witnessing 50 men without masks, celebrating Holi and questioned if rules are equal for everyone.
On Twitter, Devoleena tweeted, “I witnessed today almost 50 boys on a bike ride without masks enjoying & celebrating Holi as if they can't be touched by covid neither they care about your strict guidelines. Rules should be equal for everyone. Isn't it??” She mentioned witnessing boys on a bike ride, enjoying and celebrating Holi, without masks, as if they can’t contract COVID-19. Bhattacharjee said that neither did the men care about the strict guidelines imposed by the Maharashtra government. The actress finally asked if the rules are equal for everyone.

Meanwhile, the Saathiya 2 actress made another tweet, seeking clarification on the matter and if she could step out of her sealed building to take her pet dog to the veterinarian. Devoleena mentioned that her pet dog Angel is not keeping that well. The actress celebrated Holi 2021 with her pet and shared a picture with fans, wishing them. Work-wise, Devoleena was last seen in Bigg Boss 14 as Eijaz Khan’s proxy. She featured in the recently aired show Saathiya 2 as well.
