Sonali Phogat's journey in Bigg Boss 14 recently came to an end. She entered the controversial house as a wild card entrant, and spent a few a weeks inside the house making some good friends and memories. She also had massive fights with Rubina Dilaik, Nikki Tamboli and others. Apart from this, Sonali Phogat stayed in the news as she confessed that she had started liking co-contestant Aly Goni. Many trolled her for the same, because of the age gap between the two. Now, in an interview she has opened up on the same.
In an interview with Zoom TV, Sonali Phogat stated that there is nothing wrong in liking someone. She also cited examples of beauties like Priyanka Chopra who is married to Nick Jonas and Sushmita Sen who is a relationship with Rohman Shawl. She mentioned that she does not have any intention to come in between Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin, and that they have her blessings.
On trolling, Sonali Phogat was quoted saying, "Aur log mujhe troll kar rahe hai iss baarein mei - arre maa bete ka rishta hona chaiye, kyu hona chaiye tha bhai? I am 40 and he's 30, there's only 10 years age gap between us. Kya farak padta ha usse. Zaroori hai wo mujhe maa banaayega aur mai usko beta banaugi? Priyanka Chopra ne shaadi ki Nick Jonas se, kitna chota hai wo, wo toh ma bete nahi hai na, wo toh nahi bane. Sushmita Sen ka boyfriend umar mei bahut chota hai usse, unko toh nahi bola." It loosely translates to "People are trolling me for this saying they should have mother-son relationship, why so? I am 40 and he is 30, there's only 10 years age gap. Priyanka Chopra is married to Nick Jonas who is quite younger to her. Sushmita Sen's boyfriend is also quite younger to her, nobody said anything to them."
