Bigg Boss 14’s Rakhi Sawant called the BMC officials to fumigate her house amidst the COVID-19 surge. She says that the ‘poisonous gas’ will shoo away Coronavirus
During the second wave of the novel Coronavirus, Bigg Boss 14's contestant Rakhi Sawant has kept their fans extremely entertained. She is often seen sharing funny posts on social media or will entertain the shutterbugs with her antics. Amidst all this, Rakhi Sawant’s house was recently filled with ‘poisonous gas’ but why? Well, Sawant called the BMC officials to fumigate her house amidst a surge in COVID-19 cases. Fumigation is a process where they completely fill an area with gaseous pesticides that kills pests but this one was done to sanitise the house.
In the video, one can hardly see anything as her house is filled with gas. Rakhi says that the ‘poisonous gas’ will now shoo away Coronavirus, “zehreela dhooa, Corona bhaag jata hai issue,” she says. Sawant also urges everyone to request the BMC to fumigate their house as well especially, when the cases are on the rise. Sharing the video, Rakhi captioned it with, “Dua Hai Dua Hai mere Ghar me”. Though some were really inspired and said that they will do the same at their place, some poked fun at Rakhi Sawant. One commented, “Ye Ghar ke bahar dalbate h Ghar Mai to lohbaan jlate h” while another one said, “Esse macher marte h Corona nahi.’
Meanwhile, whenever Rakhi Sawant gets spotted in the city, she is often seen saying ‘Bhaag jaa Corona’ or ‘Corona bhaag yaha se.’ Speaking of which, recently, while posing for the shutterbugs, she sang 'Go Corona Go'. In the video, Rakhi can be heard singing 'Corona Ja Ja, Corona bhag. Corona Go..." She made sure to spray sanitiser on paparazzi as well. She even sat on a scooter and explained the importance of sanitisation to everyone.
