Rakhi Sawant is one of the most-talked-about celebrities. She entertained her fans to the fullest when she was in the Bigg Boss 14 house. Post Bigg Boss, Rakhi has been busy taking care of her mother, Jaya Sawant, who is battling cancer. Rakhi had previously revealed that Salman Khan and Sohail Khan have been helping her in every way possible.
In a recent interview, Rakhi opened up about the same and said that they have done a lot for her during these tough times. She even called the stars her Godbrothers. Talking to ETimes TV, Rakhi said, "Sohail and Salman Khan bhai are my God brothers. Salman Khan and Sohail Bhai have done a lot for me. They always tell whatever we do there is no need to talk about it. That's why I want to keep it personal. But yes they have helped me a lot. My other friends like Kashmera Shah also came forward to help me and I am very thankful for them."
Last month, Rakhi shared a video of her mother thanking Salman Khan and Sohail Khan for extending help for her cancer treatment. In the video, Jaya Sawant said, "Thank you, my son, Salman Khan. Thank you, Sohail. I am in the hospital right now and I am undergoing chemotherapy. Today, I completed four (rounds) and two more are left. After that, I will be operated on. I wish for your success and that you remain safe and sound. God is with you. May God fulfill all your dreams."
On the work front, Rakhi recently revealed that she has started shooting for her upcoming web series titled 'Tawaif'. She captioned the video as, "Shooting for my new series OTT Tawaif Bazaar-E-Husn directed by Marukh Mirza."
