Bigg Boss 14 Winner Rubina Dilaik Approached For Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 6- Reports
After winning BB14, there are reports that actress Rubina Dilaik has been approached for Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural thriller Naagin 6
After winning the Bigg Boss 14 title, actress Rubina Dilaik has been in demand, after featuring in a music video Marjaneya along with her husband Abhinav Shukla, there are reports of the actress being considered for Naagin 6. As per reports in Filmibeat, producer Ekta Kapoor has approached Rubina to play the lead character in the show’s next season. Also just to refresh your memory when the producer giant had graced BB14, she had expressed her wish to work with her, so is her wish coming true now?
As per reports in the Times of India, while the crew is aware of this being in development an official confirmation on it is still awaited. Currently Ekta Kapoor yet another show Kuch Toh Hai is said to go off air from March 21, hence the possibilities of Naagin 6 being in pipeline can’t be avoided. The source said, “The entire crew is aware of the development for a week now, but they were all waiting for an official confirmation. In current times, anything is possible. When a show does not connect with viewers, makers believe that it is better to pull the plug than give it time. It is very sad for the entire team, they are naturally upset.”
Besides this, Rubina had also teased her fans by dropping snippets hinting at her comeback on Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, but things on this show as well are yet to be confirmed.
As reported by News 18, “The decision was taken after Vivian( Dsena) refused to comply. The makers wanted someone with a huge fan base on social media and a little spice in the story. So, during a meeting, after Bigg Boss 14 ended, someone suggested that why not get the character of Saumya which was played by Rubina. Rubina and Abhinav have been approached in TV reality shows such as Nach Baliye 10 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, but the latter has refused any such offer coming their way.
