Bigg Boss 15: Evicted Contestant Jay Bhanushali Shares BB Is Not For ‘Married Men’ Like Him
Jay Bhanushali on being evicted from BB15 states the show is not meant for ‘Married Men’ like him
Popular TV actor and host Jay Bhanushali entered the 15th season of Bigg Boss as one of the contestants, but he was evicted in recent times. The actor after his eviction spoke about how in the initial days the show revolved around him, but later things began to fizzle out. Also after a few days in the house, he was left confused about what the makers were actually aiming at. Jay asserts the criteria to win the show this year is completely different as compared to the previous season.
He told ETimes TV, “For the initial two weeks, the game revolved around me. I was told then that I looked like a winner. I went inside with the intention that I would make this season the most entertaining one. However, I was singled out and told that I wasn’t doing anything. Jab main kar raha tha tab bhi aur nahi kar raha tha tab bhi. Par sabhi kuchh nahi kar rahe the. Sabko bolo na. So, I was confused and wanted to ask ki bata do karna kya hai. The parameters of becoming a winner are different this season than previous editions.”
Unlike the claims made regarding him that the actor was conscious about his image, he shares he was playing honestly in the house. He continues, “I was often told ki aapko kya lag raha hai ki aap hamesha sahi karenge aur aap baahar ki image ke baare mein kyun soch rahe hain. I don’t instigate people for no rhyme or reason and just to be seen. I will argue with someone if he rubs me the wrong way.”
While he doesn’t regret being part of Bigg Boss, he repents giving a nod to participate in this season. Jay adds, “I don’t regret being a part of Bigg Boss, but I repent participating in the ongoing season of the reality show. The winners of previous seasons performed in tasks, put their best foot forward, took a stand for the right and were opinionated. Doosron ke liye bhi ladta hai aur harr mudde mein uska ek opinion rehta hai. I have all these qualities. Also unlike other, the actor also shares that he had to keep his marital status in mind, “This show isn’t for married men. What can we do inside the house? Mudde uthaane ke alaawa mere pass koi option nahi hai. If my wife, Mahhi (Vij), had been inside the house, it would have been easier for me to play the game. Andar TV p ar kaise dikh rahe ho wala pressure bhi hota hai.”
On reuniting with his family, he looks forward to spending time with his family. “I am a family man and that’s my priority. My daughter, Tara, deserves all the time right now, which I couldn’t give her for the last two months. So, I wanted to make up for the lost time,” said Jay on the concluding note.
