Bigg Boss OTT is set to premiere on Voot Select on August 8. And in the run-up to the launch, the makers have been dropping new promos to raise the curiosity of the audiences. According to a new promo on its official social media account, actress Malaika Arora will grace the stage to the song Param Sundari on the premiere episode. The promo has her clad in a gorgeous silver saree with a beautiful neckpiece.
Another promo has piqued our interest too. Indian Matchmaking's Sima Taparia is all set to set foot inside the house. Hours before its hour-long premiere episode tonight, Bigg Boss OTT organised a curtain raiser event. And introduced Sima Taparia - though we are still not sure if she's just a contestant or a guest on the show. Sima Taparia gained instant fame from her show Indian Matchmaking on Netflix. In the said Netflix series, which has been nominated at the upcoming 73rd Emmy Awards, Sima goes about trying to find suitable matches for her affluent clients in India and abroad.
Voot captioned the post as, “BREAKING NEWS from the #BiggBossOTT Curtain Raiser - #SimaTaparia is in the house! Kaunsi new level of OTT will she bring? Dekho kya hoga ghar mein live.” As reported in IANS, Sima is thrilled to begin her journey on the show. She hopes she finds perfect matches for her co-contestants. Sima said, “Bigg Boss OTT will be an Over the Top experience for me. I just couldn't say 'No'. I'm known for finding the right matches for people, 'andar ja kar bhi mein wahi karna chahungi' (I would love to do that there too).” She added, “Inside the house, I hope to find matches for the contestants...The contestants can Love me! Can Hate me! But can't Ignore me! Stay Tuned to watch my Over The Top matching skills.”
Voot shared a glimpse of Malaika's endearing performance with the caption, “Hamari param sundari aagayi hai Bigg Boss OTT ke stage par aag lagane. Over The Top ka level badhayega Bigg Boss OTT and hotness ka quotient badhayegi hamari Mala…” The show will be hosted by Malaika’s friend, filmmaker Karan Johar.
