But this weekend, viewers will be in for a treat, as the Jhalak stage welcomes Chutki back. And, while Chutki won’t be returning as a contestant, she will come along to cheer her fellow contestant Salman Yusuf Khan. In an interview to SpotboyE.com, Chutki had said she'll not return to the show as a contestant (Gaurav Gera: I will not return to Jhalak as a wild-card entry, I refuse to hurt myself, Aug 15)
During her brief stint on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Chukti shared a good camaraderie with Salman. In fact, 'her' first performance was a duo act with him.
Throughout the course of her journey, Chutki stood tall by Salman’s side cheering him on. At the end Chutki was rewarded for her immense support as Salman gave a peck on 'her' cheek following the completion of his act.
But it wasn’t all about Chutki and Salman’s friendship. She even learned self-defence techniques from Sonakshi Sinha who will be seen as a special guest on the show this weekend.
