The couple had travelled to Lonavala last week for a getaway and uploaded pictures on their handles. From the last two days Gurmeet was feeling feverish after which he decided to go for a COVID-19 test and this morning he came to know about his reports.
Taking to his twitter Gurmeet tweeted, "My wife Debina & I have tested positive for COVID-19 today. We touch wood, doing fine and are taking all the necessary precautions, in isolation at home. We request all those who have been in contact with us to take care. Thank you all for your love and support.” Yesterday we also told you that Bigg Boss 13 contestant Himanshi Khurana who had tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Saturday was rushed to the hospital after her oxygen saturation level went low and she developed 105 temperature. Meanwhile, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashamah actress Priya Sahuja who essays the role of Rita Reporter in the show took to her Instagram to inform that she too had tested positive for the virus. In her post Priya mentioned, "It’s my duty to inform you all that I have been tested COVID POSITIVE. I'm asymptotic, I'm doing okay! I’m following instructions provided by doctors in BMC. I'm in home quarantine. In case if any of you came in touch with me in the last 2-3 days get yourself tested pls I haven’t been shooting and was at home all this while I still got this virus.. keep yourself safe n don’t forget to wear the mask Don’t take it lightly.. N pls Do keep me in my lil one in your Prayers."
