Legendary Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar breathed his last this morning. The sad news was confirmed on his twitter handle by Faisal Farooqui. He tweeted, "With a heavy heart and profound grief, I announce the passing away of our beloved Dilip Saab, a few minutes ago. We are from God and to Him we return". As the nation wakes up to the sad news, many from the TV fraternity are paying tributes to the biggest superstar of Indian cinema.

The veteran actor had been struggling with age-related health issues for the last few days and had also been admitted to the hospital multiple times for treatment. He was admitted to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of Mumbai's Hinduja hospital last month. The actor's wife Saira Banu had been by his side throughout and kept his fans updated about his health.
