Disha Vakani has been missing from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma since 2 years now. While, her presence may not have impacted the TRPs of the show, fans of the actress continue missing her presence. Time and again, her followers urge the actress on social media to make a comeback.
Producer Asit Modi gave her enough time to enjoy motherhood, but the situation between them has turned out to be tense at the moment. Now, Disha has put up a picture from her real wedding and it also has Asit Modi in it. Sharing the picture on social media, Disha writes, “Love this picture”.
We think the actress is trying to mend fences with the producer, which in fact is a good thing and could mean that she does plan on making a comeback, fingers crossed! Speaking of Asit Modi’s ultimatum, well, a source close to SpotboyE.com had told us, “Bas, ab ho gaya. Modi waited ethically how much he and his cast-crew could. Now, Modi says he will just give a concession period of a month, starting today. There has been absolutely no contact between the two parties ever since Dayaben's last day at shoot. Also, recently the producer too lent his response on Disha Vakani’s comeback, He said, we have been very cooperative from the beginning. Since her daughter’s birth, “We have been waiting patiently, giving her space as new mother. But eventually, a show has to go on. Nobody can wait indefinitely. Character of Daya has to come back in Gokuldham society. If Disha is unable to come back because of her personal issues, then we will be left with no option but to replace her. Regarding the said notice, there has been no ultimatum issued. However, show must go on with all the principal characters. Its time she took a decision and informed us.”
