Divya Bhatnagar’s Family To File A Case Against Her Husband For Domestic Abuse; ‘She Was Tortured Physically And Mentally Soon After Marriage’
Deceased TV actress Divya Bhatnagar’s brother Devashish makes a shocking revelation and said they are planning to file a case against Divya’s husband Gagan for domestic abuse.
TV actress Divya Bhatnagar left for heavenly abode after fighting for COVID-19. Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai actress had tested positive for Coronavirus on November 26 and she breathed her last on Dec 7 at around 3 AM. Following health complications, Divya was admitted to hospital and was later put on ventilator when she became critical. Divya also had pneumonia following which she suffered a cardiac arrest. While the entire industry is in shock and continues to mourn the loss of TV actress, her brother made some shocking revelation and revealed that they are planning to file a case against Divya’s husband Gagan for domestic abuse.
Speaking to Times Of India, Divya’s brother Devashish revealed that he’s planning to file a case against his late sister Divya’s husband Gagan. He stated, “Gagan started torturing Divya physically and mentally soon after their marriage. She had written a note on November 7, in which she had stated that Gagan tortures and abuses her. We found the note in her cupboard yesterday. She had also approached the police and filed an NC on November 16 against him, following an episode of domestic abuse. I had told her to stay strong when I got to talk to her during her hospitalisation.”
Speaking about Divya, Devashish said, “We were hoping that she would recover. My mother is heartbroken. I have to stay strong for her. This is a very difficult time for us and the pain is unbearable.”
Yesterday, Devoleena had posted a video on her Instagram where we can see her crying uncontrollably. In the video, Devo had also blamed Divya’s husband for torturing Divya mentally and physically. In a long video, the former Bigg Boss contestant said, “I humbly inform you all, especially to you Gagan Gabru, What did you post that day? Divya's mother and brother were against you guys relationship and didn't want you two to marry and they are trying to take publicity on your name. Teri Aukaat Kya Hai?
