Though it’s been two years since Sidharth Shukla left us, his fans and his family members are still trying to come to terms with his sad demise. Especially, his mother Rita is struggling to accept the harsh reality that her son has gone forever. The Bigg Boss 13 winner is often fondly remembered on social media with his ardent fans expressing their unconditional love for him. In fact, netizens also showed their love and support to Rita Maa, and recently, they asked her to stay strong after her new picture posing with Sidharth’s cousins surfaced online.

A picture of Rita Maa posing with Sid’s aunt and cousins from a wedding has gone viral and it made all fans emotional. Netizens noticed that smile was missing from Rita Maa’s face in the picture. Sidharth was very close to his mother Rita. We could see a glimpse of their beautiful bond when Rita Maa entered the Bigg Boss house during a family episode and they both were in tears seeing each other after months. In an old interview, the late actor had said that his mother was the most important person in his life. Sidharth said, “I was the youngest of 3 kids and too small to play with my sisters, so I was always around mom. Back when I was a toddler, I’d cry if I had to go a second without her–so even while making rotis, she’d hold me in one hand & the roller in another! As I grew older, she became my best friend.”

For the unversed, Sidharth, 40, died of a heart attack on September 2, 2021. He was rushed to Mumbai's Cooper Hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
