American vlogger, Amanda Cerny took to her social media to extend her support to the ongoing Farmer’s protest in India. Cerny’s called out for support towards Farmer’s protest after international singer Rihanna and environmentalist Greta Thunberg made posts. After Cerny’s support post, Bigg Boss 13 fame Himanshi Khurana has reacted. Amanda made a post, sharing a picture of the farmer’s wife standing amidst the protest. Sharing the picture, she wrote a note asking everyone to care about ‘humanity’ and the ‘internet shutdown’ in New Delhi.
On Instagram, Amanda Cerny shared the picture, with the caption, “The world is watching. You don't have to be Indian or Punjabi or South Asian to understand the issue. All you have to do is care about humanity. Always demand freedom of speech, freedom of press, basic human and civil rights-equity and dignity for workers. #FarmersProtest #internetshutdown.” While many fans and followers reacted to Cerny’s post, Bigg Boss 13 fame Himanshi Khurana commented on it. She expressed her gratitude toward Amanda’s post. She replied to the post with two folded hands emojis.

Meanwhile, Himanshi Khurana has been supporting the farmer’s protest since some time now. Last year, the actress posted photos and videos from the protest, extending her support. She also slammed Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut, when she reacted to the ongoing protest, standing by the government’s decision. The Farmer’s protest started in November 2020. The farmers are protesting against the Farm Bills passed by the Rajya Sabha. On Wednesday, after Rihanna’s tweet, the Ministry of External Affairs released a statement asking celebrities to refrain from reacting on India’s policies, without fair knowledge.
