Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin fans are gearing up to bid adieu to their favourites Neil Bhatt’s Virat Chavan and Ayesha Singh’s Sai Joshi. Being one of the most watched shows on Star Plus, it is all set to take a generational leap. The makers will be wrapping up Sai and Virat’s love story, with the current plot. In the previous episodes it was seen that Virat and Sai do their best to protect everyone.
Ashwini even tells them that after the mission is successfully finished, they should live the rest of their lives together. It was also seen that Sai hands over Savi to Satya as they are leaving. While talking to his wife, Satya makes the lovers realise that they belong with each other. He tells them to be united instead of running away. Virat and Sai get emotional as they see Savi leaving. The audience witnesses a beautiful moment between Virat, Sai and Savi as they hug each other. Sai asks Savi to tell her brother Vinayak that she loves him very much. Once all the passengers are evacuated from the plane. One of the goons ties a bomb on Sai, which leaves her and Virat very tense. As a means to distract her, while they wait for the bomb squad, Virat will recall their past memories, which will also make Sai nostalgic. After the generational leap, the show will focus on the lives of Vinayak and Savi. Actors Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma have been roped in to play the new leads Ishaan and Savi of the show. The makers of the show had recently issued a statement on their decision to take the generational leap. They had stated that the original plot of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, which was adapted by the Bengali show Kusum Dola, was exhausted. They want to focus on the new generation and a new plot line.
