Goa Lockdown Pushes TV Shows Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani And Aapki Nazro Ne Samjha To Shift To Other States- EXCLUSIVE
With the Goa government announcing lockdown, many TV shows which were shooting in the city are now contemplating to shift base to some other state now
In view of the rapid surge in COVID-19 cases, Goa government recently announced a two week curfew in the state from May 9 till May 23 which has forced television shows to again shift to another state to continue shooting. As we hear the shows which were getting shot in Goa will be immediately shifting to new locations.
Last month, owing to the increase in COVID-19 cases, Maharashtra Government had announced lockdown for 15 days which has continued till now due to the ongoing situation. This had also brought shootings come to a halt in the state. With the thought of the show must go on as the entertainment industry suffered a lot last year after shoots were brought to a standstill, many producers took the decision to make a temporary shift of sets to other states and continue shooting. Among which shows like Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani And Aapki Nazro Ne Samjha, Kumkum Bhagya, Kundali Bhagya, Apna Time Bhi Aayega and Yeh Hai Chahtein were shifted to Goa. However, now when things have come to a halt there as well due to the lockdown, the shows are again shifting to new states to continue shooting. Our well placed source on the sets of shows informs us Vijayendra Kumeria, Richa Rathore and Narayani Shastri starrer show Aapki Nazro Ne Samjha will be shifted to a new destination in Silvassa. Whereas Neil Bhatt's TRP rated show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein along with Karanvir Sharma and Debattama Saha's Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani will be moving to Hyderabad. However, Ekta Kapoor's shows Kumkum Bhagya, Kundali Bhagya and Yeh Hai Chahatein is yet to take a decision about shifting to another states.
A lot of television shows have already made a temporarily shift to the states like Haryana, Gujarat, Hyderabad and Rajasthan before.
