There were days when only Salman Khan was known to go shirtless on-screen. Nowadays every actor boasts of a great physique. Not just films, even on TV, stars don't hesitate to flaunt their toned bods and the latest one to join the list is Nishant Singh Malkani of Guddan Tumse Na Ho Paega fame
Gone are the days when actors would shy away from showing
off their physique. And the recent hot bod on the block to ditch his shirt for
shooting a scene on Zee TV’s show Guddan Tumse Na Ho Paega is actor Nishant
Singh Malkani. But as they say, nothing worth having comes easy. Nishant
who plays Akshat Jindal in the show has been taking the quip- Tumse Na Ho Paega
quite seriously. The actor stayed off water and salt for an entire day to get
the perfect body he required to flaunt on screen.
Nishant is very conscious about his body and when he was
informed about the bare body scene, it took him by surprise as he hardly had
any time to prepare. He said, “A day before shooting for the scene, I was on no
water and no carbs diet to look good on screen. Just before the take, I ate an
entire bar of chocolate to look beefed up and guess what, that really worked,
and I am glad that we got a good shot.” Well! We cannot wait to watch Nishant flex
some muscles on screen.
