Deepika Singh who is currently playing Sandhya in Kavach... Mahashivratri told us, "My father is the real protector of me and my family; he has always taken utmost care of us in all the crucial matters of life. So if I have to answer that who is that one Rakshak besides my brother, it's my father."
Jasmin Bhasin shared similar sentiment, "Surpal Singh Bhasin, my father is my Rakshak. He has given me absolute security and independence. He supported me in my endeavour to become an actor and come away to Mumbai from Kota. He is my inspiration too".
Ekta Kaul has an interesting take, "My father and mother both are my Rakshaks. Even when no one trusts me and my decisions, they stand by me--- without asking me any questions, without judging me."
Harsh Rajput of Nazar said, "I don't have a real sister, I have a lot of cousins and they send me Rakhis every year. My mother (Heena Rajput) ties them on my wrist on their behalf. So, I feel she is not just my mother but my biggest protector too, who will always be there by my side thick and thin. She is my support system, a mentor who guides me to take the correct path towards how to make my life better."
Ssharad Malhotra and Harsh are on the same page, "My mother is my savoiour. I cannot think of life without her. She is my daily phone-a-friend," says Ssharad.
