Has Mouni Roy And Ruby Tandon’s Friendship Gone Kaput?
Mouni Roy and Amit Tandon’s wife, Ruby have been great friends. When Ruby was serving her time in Dubai jail, Mouni took care of her daughter back home. However, SpotboyE.com has come to know that the two buddies are no more on talking terms
TV couple Amit Tandon and Ruby Tandon have gone through a lot in the last few years. Right from their marriage hitting rock bottom in 2017 to Ruby, who is a famous dermatologist in Mumbai, getting arrested in Dubai and spending about 16 months in jail- the couple has seen a lot. Ruby was freed in Jan 2019 but instead of coming back to Mumbai, she flew out to the USA to her mother’s home. Her daughter, Jiyana too accompanied her. The celebrity dermatologist then returned to India a few months back. Post which, Amit and Ruby decided to give their marriage a second chance and are currently living together as a family.
On one side where Ruby’s marriage has got a second life, there is a relationship which has gone kaput. And this one is her friendship with Mouni Roy. The two were great friends, and in fact, Mouni considered Amit as her brother. She had even taken care of her daughter, Jiyana when Ruby was in jail. However, since the time Ruby has returned to India, the two have not met.
Our well-placed source informs, “Ruby and Mouni are no more on talking terms. They haven’t met since the time Ruby has come back. In fact, they don’t follow each other on social media too. There is something definitely wrong between the two.”
We also checked Ruby and Mouni’s Instagram and found out that there have been no pictures of them together after Ruby’s return. Previously, the two were inseparable and often shared pictures of them together every now and then. So, is it that Mouni is maintaining distance because Ruby was involved in a controversy and its still fresh. Or is it she has become too busy in her Bollywood career.
Interestingly, in Feb 2019, we had told you that the couple is reconsidering divorce and it’s then when a source, while talking about what went wrong between them, had told us, “Ruby also realised that she had got a bit carried away in the world of television and movies. This ordeal also made her eyes open to who are her true friends and who are not. She was shocked to see that many she considered close, were quite fake."
We wonder if Mouni was a part of this fake list. We tried to reach out to Ruby and Mouni to confirm the news but they chose to not comment. Well, if there is a problem between the ladies, we hope these BFFs get back to each other soon.
