There has been a lot of buzz around Hina Khan’s exit from the show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 in which she played the vamp’s role of Komolika. Hina Khan, with her impeccable acting skills, left a mark with her role in the show, which is why when the news of the actress leaving the show mid-way in March left her fans shocked. The actress went on to pursue her Bollywood career and her character Komolika was killed on the show, but it was obvious that Komolika would be back. While Hina Khan had earlier said that she may or may not return on the show as Komolika, the news of her exit from Ekta Kapoor’s show has now been confirmed.

Komolika’s character is now set to return on the show once again, but Hina Khan will no longer play the part. Yesterday, producer Ekta Kapoor’s tweet dropped a hint that she is roping in a new actress for Komolika’s role, but she didn’t give any more details. Her tweet read. “New komo!!!?????? But whooooooooooo;)” A lot of people wanted to know who would play the role of new Komolika. Hina Khan too replied to the Tweet and extended her best wishes to the Ekta Kapoor in her hunt for a new Komolika. Hina Khan tweeted, “Best wishes” with clapping emojis. Take a look at both the tweets here:

However, Hina Khan’s fans did not want her to leave the show and they wrote that Hina Khan as Komolika is irreplaceable. Most people felt that the new actress as Komolika might not do justice to the iconic vamp role. A fan wrote, “No one can protray komolika like Hina did. don't know how to accept anyone else as Komo.. miss Hina, miss Parth and Hina's chemistry together on-screen.”

Meanwhile, we exclusively reported that both Gauahar Khan and Karishma Tanna have auditioned for the role, recently and are competing for the role of new Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.
