Hina Khan is not returning to Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 as Komolika. And the makers of the show have already begun the hunt for an actress to replace her in the show. A few days back, Jasmin Bhasin’s name was reported as the new Komolika. However, when SpotboyE.com contacted the actress, she denied the news and said, “I don't know from where these reports are coming. I have not ever received a call from Balaji.”
And now, we hear that two renowned actresses have given a look test for the role and they are Karishma Tanna and Gauahar Khan. Our source, working closely with the show, tells us that both the ladies have auditioned for the role, recently. While Gauahar was spotted at the studio, yesterday, Karishma who has just returned from Bulgaria after Khatron Ke Khiladi 10 shoot, also gave a look test, couple of days back.

You may recall, we were the first one to tell you that Hina Khan will bid adieu to the show citing her Bollywood commitments. The actress who is extremely busy shooting Vikram Bhatt's upcoming film also told her fans in a live session that ‘till November she has no time for anything else but the film. Hence, she can't promise if she will come back as Komolika for now.’
For now, the makers are focussing on the love-hate drama between Anurag Basu (Parth Samthaan), Prerna Sharma(Erica Fernandes) and Rishab Bajaj (Karan Singh Grover).
