Popular television actress Hina Khan suffered a great loss as her father Aslam Khan passed away last month. He passed away due to a heart attack. She had been in Kashmir fulfilling her work commitments, and she left her shoot mid-way and rushed back to Mumbai when she found out about her father’s death. Hina, who was very close to her father, is yet to recover from the loss, and is mourning his demise. On her father’s one-month death anniversary, Hina Khan posted an emotional video, remembering him and the great times the family spent together.
Hina Khan took to her Instagram account to post a throwback video that showed her sitting next to her father on a couch. She and her father sang the song ‘Aane Wala Pal Jaane Wala Hai’ together, and soon after, her mother also joined in. It was a happy moment shared by the family, and while posting this video, Hina wrote, “It’s been exactly one month today Dad…We Miss you.” A few days after her father’s death, Hina had contracted COVID-19.
While the actress has recovered now, during a live Instagram session, she stated that she hadn’t taken precautions while she was coming back from Srinagar as she hadn’t been in the right state of mind due to her father's death.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Hina Khan said that she wants to take some time before getting back to work. On her father’s death, she said, “The more you think about it, the more it pains. I don’t feel like doing anything or interacting with anyone.
