As the actress runs her own YouTube channel, she recently dropped a new vlog. In the video, Hina shared the secret behind her healthy skin, silky hair and how she manages to stay fit.
The Hacked actress shared some useful tips for a healthy lifestyle in her latest YouTube vlog. The Bigg Boss 14 Toofani senior shared a list of dos and don’ts with her fans. She mentioned what one should not consume before bedtime. In the informative video, Hina mentioned that one should “avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee,” and “Avoid drinks with fizz,” before bed. She also said that one must “try and keep your meal light and simple as it will help you,” before bedtime. Khan mentioned that before bed, one must also avoid having sugar products, particularly, items like ice cream and “citrus fruits like oranges”.

Meanwhile, in the video, Hina also shared what one can eat before bed. She said that a person can eat rice, leafy vegetables, and soup before bedtime. According to Hina, one must keep their last meal light and also try and eat the last meal as early as possible. Khan also shared that brushing the teeth before bed is amongst her top hygiene tips. The actress mentioned that “eating clean” and eating healthy as possible is her 2021 resolution.
