Daily soaps like Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Anupamaa and many more have been entertaining the viewers during weekdays, thanks to its gripping plots, twists and turns that hooks the audience and compels them to come back to the TV screens. Now, we have come to know the latest BARC report for Week 20 i.e from May 15 to May 21 and we were in for some surprise. Well, this week’s TRP chart, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Anupamaa find a spot in the top 5; however, the singing reality show, Indian Idol 11 is out of the list.
Speaking of Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the show has claimed the top spot in the list. Interestingly, Star Utsav is airing the old episodes of YRKH featuring Hina Khan and Karan Mehra that has managed to gain the audiences’ attention. The show is in the first position with 14982 impressions. The next on the list is, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin who once again found a spot in the second position. The sweet love story between Virat and Sai has gained the show with 12766 impressions.
Star Plus’ Imli claimed the third spot in the list with 12552 impressions while Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey starrer Anupamaa that was once ruling the TRP chart is now at the fourth position. This week’s impressions are 11452.
Speaking of the fifth position, the spot is grabbed by Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 which has 9667 impressions. Surprisingly, Indian Idol 12 which was at the top 5 TRP list last week was dropped out of it, reportedly, because the show is mired with a lot of controversies.
