Indian Idol is one of the most loved singing reality TV shows. The current episode of Indian Idol is currently a huge buzz because of many reasons. Last night, Anjali Gaidwad got eliminated from the show leaving her fans extremely shocked. Fans are not happy and many took to Twitter to express their disappointment. Anjali, who is known for her skills in classical music got eliminated due to lesser votes.

The majority of the audience are upset and feels that contestant Shanmukhapriya deserves to be eliminated from the show. The recent performance of Shanmukapriya failed to impress the audience and many trolled her for running Lata Mangeshkar's song. Soon after the episode, Indian Idol started trending on Twitter. Twitterati are demanding Anjali Gaikwad's comeback on the show.

Earlier, in an interview with Yo! Vizag, Shanmukhapriya responded to the criticism and said, "I tried to take the trolls with a pinch of salt.' She added by saying that even the greatest of the artists in the likes of Michael Jackson had to endure criticism. Going ahead, I will put in the best of my efforts to showcase my skills in the forthcoming rounds."
