Indian Idol 12: Bharti Singh And Husband Haarsh Limbachiya Joke About NCB Raids On The Show; Reveal ‘The Matter Is Closed In The Market Now’

Comedian Bharti Singh and husband Haarsh Limbachiya took over hosting duties from Indian Idol 12 host Aditya Narayan. During the recent weekend episodes of the singing reality TV show, Bharti and Haarsh entertained one and all with their humour and jokes. The couple even joked about the raids conducted by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) at their office and residence, while hosting Indian Idol 12. The couple joked about the NCB raids when Crime Patrol fame Annup Soni made an appearance on the show.
After Annup Soni made a smashing entry, during his time on the stage, Bharti Singh said, “We have stopped everything. There’s nothing as such now. The matter is closed in the market now.” Later, reacting to what Bharti said, Annup flashed a smile. He also told Bharti and Haarsh that he has not come on the show for them.
Meanwhile, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiya made headlines last year in November. Last year, the NCB arrested the couple for alleged possession of a small quantity of marijuana and consumption of drugs. At first, the NCB raided the couple’s Mumbai office and residence. Soon after the raids, Bharti and Haarsh were arrested. Their arrest sent shockwaves among fans.
The NCB charged the couple with various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances pertaining to possession of restricted drugs and their consumption. The agency officials had reportedly seized about 86.50 gms of marijuana from Bharti and Haarsh’s residence. After their bail, the couple made posts on Instagram, expressing their thoughts about the crucial time. Bharti and Haarsh got back to work soon after the lockdown restrictions were lifted.
