Indian Idol 12 Evicted Contestant Anjali Gaikwad Opens Up On Aditya Narayan Defending The Show Amid Controversies
The contestant to leave the Indian Idol 12 munch is Anjali Gaikwad. She was one of the top 9 contestants in the show. After her eviction, fans were highly disappointed with the results and claimed that the makers wanted to save Shanmukhapriya, hence, eliminated Anjali from the show. Amidst the furore, in an interview with BollywoodLife, Anjali gives her take on host Aditya Narayan supporting and taking a stand on the show amid the controversies. When asked if Aditya’s stand is correct or it was OTT, she simply said that he is doing whatever is correct.

She then heaped praises on Aditya saying that he is sweet and supportive. He used to help all the contestants with their performance and singing. Anjali even spoke about Amit Kumar’s controversy. She said that she is too young to actually say something but she was unfazed about his comments. Anjali further said that whatever he said was his opinions and they all respected his views. She revealed they all took his suggestions and decided to act on them so that they can live up to everyone's expectations.

While talking to SpotboyE, she was asked if the elimination decision was biased, to which Gaikwad said, “I don't feel that Indian Idol team has made any biased decisions. I am satisfied with their decision because on the count of judges and janta votes this was done. In fact, I am thankful to the makers for giving me an opportunity to perform on such a big platform and reaching till top 9. I had a very good experience and learnt a lot of things here from the judges and contestants. A lot of celebrities came on the show as guests. I got an opportunity to see them so closely and perform in front of them which is definitely a big thing. Taking a lot of memories from here.”
