Singer-actor Aditya Narayan, who is well-known for hosting the singing reality show Indian Idol 12 tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Shweta Agarwal last year. The couple had an intimate wedding ceremony in the presence of close friends and family. They later jetted off to Kashmir for their honeymoon. While the couple is enjoying a blissful married life, Aditya’s recent interview has left many speculating if Shweta and he are expecting their first child. The singer has dropped hints at becoming a father.
Speaking with ETimes about his future endeavours, Aditya Narayan shared that he might be a father next year. The singer revealed he wants to take a break from hosting and appearing on TV shows after wrapping up his commitments. He said, “As grateful as I am to Indian television for being my cocoon through the past 15 years, it is time to move on to other things.”
The singer further opened up about how he has been hosting on the small screen for quite a long and mentioned he wants to move on to bigger things. Aditya Narayan said, “I was a teenager when I started hosting on the small screen, and by the time I am done next year, I will probably be a father (smiles). The TV industry has given me a lot — name, fame, and success.”
As Aditya Narayan shared some details about his plan for next year, in terms of work, he also dropped hints at becoming a father. He expressed how he might become a father by next year.
