Indian Idol 12 saw some incredible yesteryear actors including Dharmendra, Asha Parekh, Hema Malini, Neetu Kapoor and more. The latest one to grace the signing reality show is the epitome of beauty, Rekha. The actor set her foot on the show as a guest for a special episode, Mallika-E-Ishq Rekha, leaving everyone a little psyched. However, the best part of the episode is that Rekha was seen enjoying the show to the fullest. The audience will see her in a never-seen-before avatar and here’s a little teaser of it. We recently came across a promo of the next episode of Indian Idol 12 where contestant Shanmukha Priya is performing on Rekha’s Kaise Paheli Zindagani song.
As Shanmukha Priya was giving her performance, Rekha started to sign too. In happiness, she promptly started playing the tabla on judge Vishal Dadlani's head that left another judge Neha Kakkar in splits. Extremely impressed by her powerful vocals, Rekha complimented her and said she can see the music. This doesn’t end here, Rekha then takes the munch by storm as she flaunts the golden sneakers that she teamed with her elegant gold saree. Furthermore, we see the Khoobsurat actor giving a little glimpse of her own hip-hop dance moves and it is pretty amazing. She cutely even says that when she grows up, she wants to become like Shanmukha Priya.
Another contestant named, Ashish Kulkarni pumps up Rekha’s excitement as he croons Rafta Rafta Dekho Aankh Meri Ladi Hai song with full energy. Complimenting his performance, Rekha says Ashish is an accomplished singer already. Watch the promo below.
